No Guarantee of Manual Availability: We cannot guarantee we will always find the instructions manual requested by you or the accuracy of the results we deliver. It is possible the request is either too vague, the instruction manual does not exist, or is unavailable for any reason.
Service Fee: If we provide a search and fail to find your manual, you may still be charged our service fee for carrying out a search.
Sources of Information: The manual finding search service is carried out using our internal database, public information freely available on the internet, and by contacting the manufacturer directly where applicable.

Charges and Payment

Payment Methods: The Service is billed using Visa and MasterCard.
Fees and VAT: Fees and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.
Subscription and Recurring Billing: The Service is supplied on a subscription basis: $0.95 for 7 days, then $49.98/month.
Subscriptions will automatically be renewed upon expiration. If we receive a cancellation request after the renewal date, the subscription will remain active until the expiry date of the current subscription period.
Automatic Renewal and Consent: By subscribing, you agree that we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Service, and you consent to recurring charges unless canceled.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
